Convenient location and experienced staff. I definitely like the automatic door - nice touch when you have a bike in one hand, and parts in another.

I like that the entrepreneur went to Florida State. : ) Clean website, involved in community, and a top notch store layout.

Lots of choices in a college town, but these people are easy to deal with.
