This is a real neighborhood gem. Joe was awesome in helping me select a bike rack and ski rack. He patiently walked me through the pros/cons of different models and took my needs into account. Installation day was a breeze..the car was ready in 90 minutes. I appreciated the detailed walk-thru and instructions. Highly recommended!
