Had a new external faucet bib installed in a stran...

Had a new external faucet bib installed in a strange location. Being handy myself, I estimated the job at 2 hours or less, which gave me a ballpark idea of cost. Curtis came out and their tech plugged the data into his system and came up with a number which was way beyond reason, which I questioned. Something with the estimating software was foolish. They then sent out a supervisor at no charge who could make a manual estimate, he rewrote the job at a reasonable rate, and the tech completed the install a couple days later. I've always had great courtesy service from them. Every time they are out they find something interesting that I hadn't noticed which I am very grateful for. I will continue to use them for my plumbing needs.
