I. The beginning of the process which was about a 2 1/2 years was great... I had to keep pushing my case managers, which was very many. Noone would tell me if the person was gone.. Noone did any follow up with me on a regular basis. Which was very disappointing... yes I won but took forever. I got turned downs couple times and then and to really push for them to do it the third time... I lost everything before winning case. This law office always stressed me out. Not really anyc omfort inthe matter...I wouldn't call them again if I knew I was dealing with 10different people...very frustrating!
Bottom line won but it had alot to do with me with all the follow ups I had to do. I did most of the work...I just wished I would of went to someone else overall....
