I had an extremely hard time getting ahold of them...

I had an extremely hard time getting ahold of them the first time. I left messages 2 times, and it took 2 weeks to hear back. Scheduled an appointment, show up and their office was moved and nobody knew anything. There was also another lady there looking for them, she didn't know they had moved either. Had my first appointment with him and ended up doing monthly phone appointments because I lived an hour away. I called in June for my monthly phone appointment, I missed his call back and called him within five minutes. He never called back, I left at least five messages on his cell phone, calling once a week. The office phone always goes to an answering machine, it was full every time I tried to call, I sent multiple emails, I've never heard a word since. I was supposed to have my surgery in October, would have been nice to hear something from someone. The fact that they were so hard to get a hold of, moved offices without telling anyone, and the other lady that was looking for their office was two weeks post surgery, she told me to get copies of everything from all my other appointments because they lost every single piece of paperwork, I guess I shouldn't have expected much from them .
