After going for service with my old BMW X3 for the last 6 years, I was really disappointed to find out the real service of this dealer which I thought was supposed to be very professional! Obviously, they are not!

Lately, I purchased a 2017 BMW Station Wagon 330I from another dealer since they can't offer me a satisfactory price. When I asked to speak to a product adviser regarding certain features of the new car since I was planning to bring my new car back to them for service in the near future, I was told that I will be charged a fee ($150?) for my request to speaking to the product adviser since I did not purchase the car from them!

This is really unbelieveable as in the near future when I bring my new car to them for service , they will be the one to gain for the labour..........etc. As a loyal and long time BMW customers, I was taken aback and shocked of the pettiness from this dealer.
