Review of Razzle Dazzle Car Wash

I am really saddened to write this review as he owner was very nice and chatted with me while I waited for my car to get washed.
This was my first visit and unfortunately also my last one.
The staff recommended the Emerald package which included a tire shine. I didn't mind paying a little extra but once I returned home and went to opened the trunk, I noticed that the back of the car was not washed at all and the dark streaks from before the wash were still there. Ok, no big deal, I took a paper towel and wiped them myself but then I looked at the tires and they were not shined either (which I paid extra for!!!). The next morning I got in the car just to realize that with the sun shining directly at the car, I can't see outside. I am not sure if there was something on their rug, but all they did is smear it all over the windshield. So now instead of going to work, I needed to clean the windshield on my own again!
Unacceptable!!!!
