My color - Pretty good, but not $275.
The service - Great until something goes wrong.

My receipt reflected an a-la-carte menu for their services, and I noticed I was charged $30 for a blowout. The website specifically stated blowouts are complimentary with color, so I called thinking it was a mistake. I was told the website was wrong but was getting fixed that day. Even though the miscommunication was their fault and she apologized, I was never actually taken care of, which made me feel the $30 was more important than their customer service. I also paid for a balayage and what I received was more of a regular foil. It doesn't look bad, just not what I had in mind. I let her know, and she kept talking about the website and their policies, etc. etc.

Overall, I would have been fine with the price if the customer service experience had extended to complaints as well as good experiences.
