I don't normally like to give out bad reviews but ...

I don't normally like to give out bad reviews but this is just a little ridiculous. I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Bayirds about 2-3 months ago and as for the sales guy he was nice, awesome to deal with and I did not have a problem with sales. But the sale is over now!
However the customer service at Bayirds I have not had the best of luck! They called me a few times asking me to come look and see if I wanted to trade in my vehicle and I said well I was actually looking for and gave her the species on what I was looking for and her exact words was Lady you are looking for a needle in a hay stack. Well today I had to call service and got customer service again because the Jeep I bought didn't have a hitch on it so I put one on it now they are telling me that I have to bring it back in and let them charge me $100 - $300 dollars so they can turn on and calibrate the computer because they don't turn that on in the factory. oh and they are booked up and I can only bring it the mornings so not only are they wanting to charge me they also want me to have to take time off at work so they can turn it on. WOW frustrated with them for sure. All they have some is insure that I go back to Memphis and buy my vehicle.
