This was one of the worst experiences ever! I ve never had a bad experience their before but now it s changed completely. The customer service was the worst ever! I waited 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and the replacement of two filters the air and cabin filter. I could not enter the building to use the bathroom. The price I paid was incorrect they had to make a change and it still is incorrect. I usually pay $10 extra for tire rotation with an oil change this time they tried charging me $32.00 they after I brought it to their attention they changed it to $25.00 which was still incorrect. And also their recommendations for service doesn t sound correct even though I mad the appointment for a later date which I m not sure I will be doing after this experience. I was their with 3 other customers outside and the acting service manager Pedro recommended the exact same thing for the 3 of us. Coincidence? I don t think so. I think they are falsely recommending service because their sales are not doing well because of everything with this pandemic. I ve never experienced this at this dealership ever before. This was the first. I m not confident that I will be returning nor any of my other family members who also get their Jeeps serviced their. I m currently looking for another Dodge Delaership Service Department for my vehicle. Still trying to decide if I will go again or not.
