Great weekend spent

we spent a long weekend and the Interconti Vienna and its employees contributed to this.

We got a surprising upgrade to a larger room on the 11th floor with a great view over the city park.
I was also very happy about the birthday cake in the room as a small gift and as a clear indication that IHG values the guest and that customer data is not only used to collect data and for advertising.

In addition, once again a big thank you to the ladies and gentlemen at the reception and also in the breakfast service. They were very friendly and solved small problems immediately (forgot charging cable, remote control on TV broken).
