Ally bank uses third party employees in the Philippines to handle banking matters so I wouldn't suggest doing any business with them if you value the security of your financial information. I find it outrageous that American Banks provide personal identities, social security numbers, credit card numbers, and financial records of Americans to third world countries and then complain about identity theft and fraud!
