Got my boiler fix 3 weeks ago it was solved then run to the same problem on Friday night. Tried to contact them on Sunday morning then they keep transferred me like 4-5 times and i have to explain every single time. Finally got someone to talk to but still need the other guy responds so they will call me back. Until Monday morning still no response so I have to call them back and still have to wait so I just told them send someone else I will pay again because i cant wait any longer with my wife and my baby who cant take cold water.

In the end they said they will come before 5pm today but just called back to me at 1pm said that they are not sure because still no response from the other guy so i have to cancel and call different place to get it sorted.

Have to take my son and my wife to my friend house to take showers 2 days with warm water. Of course they are quick to take money but slow on dealing with problems.
NOT HAPPY.
