Service did not require an appointment and the wait was short; service was on time.

The waiting area at your facility on Millbrook Road was better than what is provided at your Capital Boulevard facility. There is no quiet place to work (too much canned music) while one waits for the service to be completed and there are limited places to plug in one's computer.
