Always a great experience. I highly recommend the Martini Bar for great drinks and small bites, Mezza9 for wonderful meals, and Damai Spa for excellent service. Overall property ambiance is superb.

Even when there was a billing discrepancy, Grand Hyatt staff acted quickly to correct it and were courteous during the entire process.
