I almost always have issues with their service cen...

I almost always have issues with their service center. My car was damaged in their possesion the first time I took it for an oil change. They did cover the repair cost from the body shop, but it wasn't without great attitude and unprofessional ism front the service manager. That brings me to today issue. Eric Boitos the service advisor gave me attitude right out the gate. Went back forth with me about a issue my car is having and because he couldn't recreate the problem right then and there he wasn't going to report the problem. If my car wasn't still under warranty I wouldn't go there. That's not even the kicker, but I'm so angry and frustrated I collect my thoughts to include more. Their service sucks!!! I'm always anxious when my car is in their care, even for a simple oil change.
