Jones Junction has one of the worst customer service departments I've ever come across.
They have had my car for over a month now for a engine recall. They give me a rental that broke down on me today. They proceed to tell me that they can't get to the car for 2hrs. So I'm broke down in a bad part of Baltimore ( near Mt. Pleasant golf coarse ) and not completely out of traffic. They tell me I probably ran out of gas. I'm 42 years old, I've never ran out of gas! They make you feel like everything is your fault ( side note I took a picture of the gas gauge ). Well I called them back to tell them I'm leaving it where it broke down because I don't have 2hrs to just sit around waiting for them. Now they tell me if the car is out of gas that I have to pay for the tow. Even if it was out of gas why does the car show it has gas in it? I'M NOT PAYING FOR ANYTHING!
I will never ever buy a car from this place and I will continue to spread the word about this Horrible car dealership.
