I get fed up with people writing reviews of campsite that don't fit with the home from home feel.
The clue of this site is in the name. It is a farm and has a great ethos of being at one with nature.
The camping was great.we stayed in a bell tent and on arrival was told the tent next to us was free if we wanted to use this aswell free of charge.
Yes they were composting toliets but they were fine and the showers were quirky but again did the job.
The staff were lovely and the food was great.very accomadating.
The pub is owned by them aswell and had a 1 mile menu with most produce from their farm.
Went Apple picking and had damsons to die for.
Campsites on farms are not hotels. They are places for children to run free and understand where there food comes from.
We were on a cycling holiday and some great cycle routes and lovely villages to see.
I will be back
