Absolutely terrible. We drove down from Chattanooga after daughter had spoken with Ilan at length about purchasing a Hyundai hybrid. So on Thursday we worked out a possible deal, but it was late and dark. Couldn't see the car good and it had 3800 miles on it and they were calling it new. On Saturday we made a second trip to the dealership and immediately Ilan says he doesn't know if the owner is going to do that deal today he offered Thursday. We looked at the car during the daylight and it was acceptable, however the car salesman Ilan came to us with new numbers that were 4000 dollars over his original offer. I understand that car salesperson are there to make money and sometimes stretch the truth, but 4000 off original quote is not a strech, that is a freakin LIE. Don't waste your time at Terry Reid Hyundai in Cartersville and definitely not with "Ilan the Terrible". Drive 25 more miles further into Atlanta to find the truth, it will set you free and save you 4000 dollars.
