The nursery is top notch but I made an appointment with a designer to come out to my home and was no-showed. I set up the appointment at a time that the designer gave me, which was first thing in the morning. I called the nursery to find out where he was and he called about 45 minutes after the start of the appointment and had no reason why he wasn't there other than he is not good at morning appointments, decided to not reschedule with this particular designer so it would not happen again but try another one. Was very disappointed and inconvenienced. Called the nursery, the owner was very apologetic and told me they would prioritize our appointment to get it done asap since we had already waited a couple weeks for this appt. Talked to the other designer and was told by that designer she was full and it would take another week or two to come in. Eventually we were firm that it had already been worked out and the owner agreed to get us in and she did come that same day after some convincing. She was very knowledgeable. In the end they resolved it.
