The place is well situated on a hilltop from which you could watch the harbor, the sightseeing is really amazing and full, one of the best location for a restaurant. The service is really accurate and they keep track of every need of the customer. The 2 stars come from the price. Even if the quality of the food is great they lost everything with the chips.I loved in New Hampshire for almost 2 years and the lobster roll is one of my favorite plate. When they bring you Lays chips with your roll is time to get up and go away, don't even bother yourself just stand up and walk! Yup lays chip. 24 dollars for an hot dog buns with 4 pieces of lobster meat and a handful of lays chips is ridiculous..I was stupid because is the only restaurant near the hotel and I knew that. No competition means high price and low quality. Avoid it near the coast there is plenty of better and cheaper restaurant
