Scandalous, to say the least! At 7 today the track...

Scandalous, to say the least! At 7 today the tracking warns me of the shipment being delivered. A whole day at home: at 4.30 pm I start to get nervous, I call their number for a fee, they confirm that the courier is on the way, they guarantee me delivery by 6 pm. I now check the tracking: Problem in delivery. What problem??? Not being able to make a delivery already planned, this is the only problem ... unable to work, liars and unreliable. One star is too much: change your job which is better!
