Service Department needs a lot of improve. Poor Customer Service. Update as of 6/2/2018: The Sales Department is a whole different story: "It was a great experience buying our 2018 Highlander at your dealer. Dan made the whole process super easy, he quickly accommodated our request for an appointment and at the dealer, he took all the time answering all our questions."
