I have called Chris at least four times concerning...

I have called Chris at least four times concerning our two rebates of 650.00 each, he responded once, but has not returned my others call. I talked to the lady wh handles the rebates at YES she basically blew me off. Were still waiting on the rebates, going on approximately 7 weeks. Very disappointed, I'm calling YES corporate tomorrow.
