Thank you for taking such good care of my mother as she rides with you on a regular basis. She left her phone on the Rover recently and all your staff were so kind when I called to explain. You found the phone and she is happy that she will not have to buy and get use to a new phone. My mother also enjoys meeting and talking to her drivers each day.
