A super 8 would have been a better choice
We have stayed here for several years
Whenever we come to Gatlinburg
It WAS our go to place
Absolutely not anymore
Last time I noticed that it was less than
It s fine everyone has a off day
Yeah
OMG it s now gross and we are not ever going back not even for free
I cannot believe that the Hilton brand allows their name on this type of mess
And I understand that they mostly are individually owned but still I m sure Hilton has standards for the use of its name
Lots of good memories here
And now that s what they will be
Rooms gross unclean and run way down
Pool same and hot tub nasty and empty and glad it was
Oh and all the construction debris that wasn t mentioned anywhere on their website or phone when I called to book as well as the noise of a drill into concrete/ my head very early in the morning
Really nice after a late night so thanks for that
And thank the lord for not letting my wife find that guy
My attorney would have more vacation money lol
Construction dirt and debris all over my new car every single day no parking close because of all of the workers are already parked there
Public restrooms gross
About the only good thing about this place I can say is that the grounds crew still cares it was in good order so there s that
I wish there were a minus star rating because they would definitely have it
Okay Karen moment is now over on too our new nicer hotel down the street and yes it the new Hilton by the river
