These guys are horrible! Please, don't waste your money. Numerous people have complained to me about them. They send a different tech out every time, and you never get to know your computer guy. I'm sorry, but isn't the point of having a computer guy, to have someone you can count on, not just a dollar amount to them?
Please, just go to a local computer company that gives you a personal tech that you can come to know and trust PERSONALLY!
