Despite the high influx of travelers it is quite clean and welcoming; in addition to the ticket office there are various activities such as bars and newsagents. The lower floor, where the trains pass, is rather dark and dangerous: the space of the waiting dock is very limited, especially in conjunction with the stairs, the screens with time and destination are not very visible even if they are near the stairs.
