It drives me batty that I love this store so much, because the jaw-dropping rudeness of the staff is so hard to swallow when I consider the dollars I drop in Kuhl-Lindscomb. You must simply expect *nothing* with regard to warmth or service from the staff customers are viewed more as an imposition than a welcome guest or even opportunity to make a sale.
