Service is poor. When request a pack and play for my son it was never delivered to the room even after repeated calls. When leaving the hotel I request bell service to help with our bags. The bell man never came. Only positive aspect of my stay was the restaurant called Justice that is located inside the hotel. Good food (fish tacos). Homeless people constantly coming into the lobby bagging for money. I will never stay in this hotel again.
