I took my brother to the casino for the first time, and told him how the casino offered me free perks for being a new member. First of all, when they issued him a player's card, he was never instructed on how to use it. They didn't even offer him any free perks for being a new member! I took him back to customer service after trying to use his card at a kiosk... They never even set up a pin. Then I asked if they still offered perks for new members, and the representitve told him only if he had an email address. So I told him, just use the one you use on his social media account, and the rep commented and said "everyone finds an email address when some free money is involved!" I was very displeased in the professional behavior that was shown, and my brother said he would not be visiting their casino anymore.
