Relatively new to Delaware and heard nothing but great things about Harry's Savoy. Decided to surprise my fiance and treat her to a nice dinner. Walked in for our reservation on time and was told we'd have to wait. Ended up having to wait about 20 mins for a table even though we had a reservation and it didn't seem that busy. The service and menu options were on par. Was a little disappointed with the prices for the size portions you receive. In my opinion it was a little over priced for not great but average at best. Overall, I am in no rush to return and there's a few other places I'd recommend before trying Harry's.
