I understand the point made by the owner in regards to my 1 star rating. However if I went through McDonald's drive through and they informed me they couldn't serve me because the height of my vehicle was to low to reach the drive through window, I would also give them one star on my experience. My rating is a reflection of my personal experience. You can't ask me to give a higher rating on the meal when I never had the opportunity to eat.
