I have never been more pleased with a company's customer service, as I was today! I spoke with Caitlin for the duration of my call and am beyond pleased. She answered each of my questions, in full detail and was sure to listen to every concern I had. With my work schedule and the way I worry, Caitlin went above and beyond to make me confident in Custom Security and their services!!
