Once the order was placed with the designer and the money paid, the experience turned extremely unprofessional.

I would not get any updates on my order. The designer had mentioned 4-6 weeks of lead time so I wasnt expecting anything too early. However, the person making the call to setup the appointments is extremely unprofessional (and almost sounded bored of her job). The first attempt was made about 6 weeks after the order was placed - but the installer forgot to bring the right type of ladder to install it above the stairs. He also left all the temporary blinds (paper) all over the floor. Most professionals I have worked with clean up at the end of their job. I would have thought he would come back the next day with the right ladder and finish it. BUT... nobody called back. It needed another appointment and I had to chase the company to find out about my appointment. The second attempt was made 2 weeks later and this time the blind itself was wrong. The cord for the blind above the stairs was too short to operate. I double-checked the order. The designer had specifically marked the cord to be longer.

Overall - a very bad experience.

PS: I had ordered through Costco Partner program.
