The definition of zero stars but I can't give it. Dreamliner flight, so few hundred passengers, 3 check in desks open, insane system for checking luggage, security has 2 scanners and is crammed in the space at the foot of an escalator and a lift. The departure lounge wouldn't be too bad except on the busy Saturday afternoon we were there a lot of it, including the food court, was shut! I've seen better faculties and organisation at a bus station at midnight. Would genuinely reconsider flying TUI to Orlando if they continue to use this place.
