Jimmy and Joe you guys are the best!!! Easter Sunday these gentlemen got my car in early and installed a new Tow Hitch and Luggage Basket. Due to Covid I was able to sit outside and wait. I thought the install would be about 1 1/2 hours or more. These guys got me in and out in about 45 minutes and the quality of the service was excellent. The interaction with Jimmy and Joe was also great customer service. They educated me on different tow hitches and bike racks, so I will be back after my little road trip for a Bike Rack. Don't waste your time ordering online and trying to find someone to mount it. Go to The Rack Spot, prices are great, selection is great, service is 100% on point, and the installation was perfect.
