My daughter got a nail in her tire while we were in Houston. We had it towed there bc it was only 2 months old. Service sept told us they couldn t fix it. He told her to take it to a tire shop and they could fix it. We went to bbt tires and they said a patch or plug wouldn t hold and go get another opinion at firestone. Firestone said the same thing and that if she pulled out of the parking lot she could have a blow out. She had explained to everyone we dealt with that she lived 5 hours away.
