First time having to use BR Water company... my first bill was $170 which is insane. Secondly, their payment options are from the dinosaur age. As much money as they have to make considering that the customer isn t able to choose which provider they can have, they can at least upgrade their slow and outdated system. Every option to pay they force you to pay an additional fee... just because they can, and to be plain greedy of course.
