This should be illegal and a felony to operate a business with a loading and unloading zone like this. Not only is the lot LITERALLY too small to safely enter and exit with freight, the entire lot, all 10 square feet of it, is a dust and mud bowl. Would it kill Ben and Jerry's to give us an extra 4 feet of effing room so we don't damage our and their equipment? They sure don't seem to give a F either way.
