False discounts; their "discounted price" is the original price, but at least is not too expensive.
Too cramped as well; it was a spacious store before their "shrinkage", now it's a warehouse-shop hybrid. Their main focus is online shopping but they have not upgraded their e-commerce web page for years, and still no mobile/responsive web page (fail).
