Waited 4 hours in the rain waiting to get my ticke...

Waited 4 hours in the rain waiting to get my tickets from the Kiosk because of the system down. I got so sick I could only go one day, Cost $753.00 only got 5 hours of park time.
Universal wouldn't do a thing, They wanted to give me another ticket. I just want my money back for the days I could not go because of getting sick.
Busch Gardens is much better.
