The best customer service I ve received from an insurance company and amazing rates for motorcycle insurance! I was very pleased with my overall experience as a client with Riders Plus, however, my review is specifically for the account manager dealing with my case. Not only did Debbie resolve the issue, but the way she handled it deserves recognition. Right from the beginning Debbie was patient, empathetic and understanding. I truly feel that Debbie went above and beyond by using multiple contact methods (email and phone) to ensure she met my needs. Debbie was proactive to offer a solution that made me happy and because of that I will definitely recommend Riders Plus to my friends/family in the future.
