I've stayed at Ross Bridge many times, but my most recent stay was to celebrate my 29th birthday, and it was truly such an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived on-site at the property, my mother and I were greeted kindly by everyone. You expect a level of high customer service when you stay at a nice hotel like Ross Bridge, but the staff that weekend went above and beyond. One Ross Bridge staff member, in particular, was Carlos, he was fantastic. He was engaged, enthusiastic, and truly cared about the reason for our stay and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. He eagerly assisted us with our bags, he carried on great conversation up to our rooms to drop off our bags, he provided excellent dining recommendations for us to try on-site at the hotel, and even stepped outside of his job description and took pictures of me and my mother in the lobby before we went out to dinner, which is not something he had to do, he just clearly saw two women struggling to take a selfie picture and jumped in to help. Carlos then surprised us for my birthday, and provided us with complimentary breakfast vouchers to Brock's, which has the most amazing breakfast buffet! We spent the weekend at the pool relaxing, and shoutout to the chef grilling burgers that day, they were delicious! Carlos also informed us of all the fun activities which will be going on at Ross Bridge during the upcoming holiday season, so we will be back to the Castle for Christmas, and we will schedule a spa appointment because their spa services are also wonderful.
