Be careful when getting recruited to work as Customer service representative, they are not organized.

Speaking from personal experience, I was hired they told me that to start off I would be working on 2 projects, then it changed to 3, then 4.

At one point I was being trained on 4 or 5 projects at once.

By far my worst experience.
