Very rarely leave reviews but the service I received here was so appalling I ve got to. Ordered a drainage CCTV survey expressing that we were under time pressure and needed it done quickly, the guy on the phone expressed this was possible and could be turned around in a few days, saying that once payment was received the report would be released. I also turned down a competitor who could do it cheaper in 7 days because it wouldn t fit our short timescale.
Had the surveyor out to inspect the following Tuesday and received an invoice with 7 day payment terms on Friday afternoon. Got a call on Monday morning chasing the invoice (which I d paid over the weekend). I then asked for the survey and was told it wasn t ready. Called back the next day and was told that the surveys take 7-10 days, exactly what I had originally expressed I wasn t interested in.
I was then repeatedly chasing for THREE WEEKS, calling quite literally every single day and getting a different excuse every time; never getting the impression from anyone (other than the lady at the switchboard) that they cared in anyway that the delay was so bad. Was told on numerous occasions I d receive a call back once they d checked on the report...never got one. One guy told me he would check on the report and put me on hold for 20 minutes before disconnecting.
Eventually did receive the report 3 weeks late and significantly out of pocket from the cost of delays relating to other elements of the project on hold for the answer this survey was due to provide. Got no apology from anyone at any stage and no response to 2 complaint emails.
Couldn t recommend less, stay well clear!
