Very busy, waiting over a 20 minutes to check in, then they told us that the room won't be available for another hour (a great way for them to make money in the hotel restaurants while you wait for your room), and then when we finally got the room, it was a partial lake front room when we booked a full lake front room and said there were no other rooms available.
