I d give zero stars if possible. My husband is enrolled in the five week clinical portion of the phlebotomy program and assigned to a location an hour drive, each direction, from where we live. He is also continuing to work full time and will not be able to get there on time from his clinical location. He explained this to his instructor who simply replied to him that the other location is further away . She did not even attempt to find him a closer assignment so he can finish his course and receive his certification. Lazy, rude, and ridiculous. We had heard poor opinions of the college but we thought a certificate program would prove to be a little better. Looks like we were incorrect. What a shame for LGH - they should merge with The University of Pennsylvania and hire real professors. Luckily he can withdraw from the course and get most of the tuition back. Our recommendation - go somewhere else for any healthcare education.
