Went into the establishment with high hopes and came out with a low review. Customer service is great until you meet the manager(s). Upon playing mini golf I noticed that the waterfall fixture and other water features seemed to be dry and dirty and full of trash, putt putt greens were brown and disgusting. Back to the managers once my game was over I went to return my putters (4) and the general manager Mike didn t acknowledge me at the window after about 5 minutes of waiting i got an attitude from him, a subtle but reassuring I ll be with you guys in a minute would go a long way. Through our conversation i began to realize that all the managers there are power hungry and dont care about their customers only the money. With management that bad I dont believe i will go back nor will i recommend such a place to my friends and colleagues.
