My wife and I went there as vendors for the Oddities Expo. The parking situation was very well managed and ample. Security and ticketing were neat and organized. All the staff, including maintenance were excellent. There was a light out over our booth that they took care of right away. However the facilities themselves are fairly ran down. The floor is uneven and cracked. In the restrooms half the faucets didn't work. It just felt dingy. Otherwise the AC worked well and the people were nice.
